ARC (Authenticated Received Chain)
When an email is automatically forwarded by an inbox rule this results in a soft bounce event because of an authentication failure.
ARC, or Authenticated Received Chain, is an email authentication protocol that addresses the limitations of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC when emails are forwarded or pass through intermediaries such as mailing lists or forwarding services.

Contact Search URL
Currently when you do a contact search it runs the search in a background request, or if you change the filters to show only bouncing contacts etc.
It would be a good improvement if the URL updated with query strings to represent the search, this would enable direct linking to search results, most other platforms offer this feature so would be good for alignment.

Unsub reasons
It would be great to be able to track reasons why someone is unsubscribing from a mailing list. There are workarounds for us to do it, but imo it should be an integral part for a mailing tool.

Rate limit sending Email for API 3.1
When sending an email via API, be able to set a parameter to specify the urgency of the message (priority, queuing ID, etc.).
For example, this email should be delivered either urgently (password change email) or spread out over the day (informative email).
Sending an email immediately after receiving an API call causes problems for the recipients' hosts, which end up blocking the IP addresses. This is not good for us, for Maillet, for the hosts, or for our customers.
This could be handled on our end, but since we use an email delivery service, it would be helpful if…

Webhook MessageId Inconsistency
When I try to send a email through: https://api.mailjet.com/v3.1/send I get back a messageID, but when I get a webhook callback on a send or open event the messageID is not matching. It seems to be being rounded to the 100's place. This is a problem because I can't use messageID that is supposed to be unique is not consistent.
I would even settle for updating the Get email message of MessageUUID. Since that is consistent between the send api and the webhook call.

Identify API
I would like to request "A non-validated sender address was used on your account" mail notifications to include also API name, or either enable a API search on the website to identify the account on the notification.

Show attachments info in stats
We would like to have an additional feature in the Mailjet statistics module to see the attachments (# of attachments and the name) for emails that have been sent via the REST API.
We know we can get this info via API, but having it in the interface for our support team is a great value.

Improve Editor
Hey there! Formatting in the email designer is really messy and hard to use. Getting fonts to be consistent with in an email is a pain as well. Often changing one sentence to bold will change everything in a block. Would love improvements in this area. Thank you!

It would be convenient to have a button on the success page when you upload a list that allows you to validate the new list from there.

Scheduling feature on email API
The Mailjet API could really use the ability to time the sending of emails. We still use Sendgrid for everything that needs to be scheduled to a specific time, but would prefer to move everything over to Mailjet.

Custom success and error message
The success and error message after a form submission has only very limited options for modifications and therewith looks very different from my form.
It is not even possible to us the same custom font which has been used in the form.
The success and error message should include alle the same customization options like the form.

Wir veranstalten Events und werben dort Newsletter Abonnenten.
Wenn wir zwei Tage nach einem Event den NL versenden, bekommen diese Leute direkt eine Mail, obwohl das Bedürfniss gerade gestillt ist und so gewinnen wir eher Abmelder.Könnte ich ein Segment erstellen, in dem ich die Anmelder der letzten 30 Tage/im gewünschten Zeitraum ausschließen kann, lässt sich so ein Problem direkt beheben.

New automated workflow builder usage of templates needs improvement
The new builder let you add existing templates, but then REQUIRES that the existing template is saved with another name. So 2 identical templates are present with different names. That is polluting the existing templates and adding unnecessary extra templates. It makes template management more difficult.

Make default account more intuitive
I have 2 accounts, and my primary one is the one I don't use, but is always opening by default. It always takes me a while to realize and switch.. Would love this to be set to default based on my last usage, or even ask for confirmation/ choose the account I want to use when I login

Ticket when activation email sending fails
Idea: Being able to create ticket when account activation does not work.
Right after creating my account: error 502 on login. Now, it works ... but I never receive the activation email (a serious problem for a mail sending service). No way to create a ticket without having an activated account. I also tried to validate my domain. Despite adding the requested file, your validation form think the file is missing (but Chrome find the empty file at the URL).1 vote -
