  3. For segmentation there is a note in documentation:
    "Please note: Any changes made to the list within the last hour will not be considered in your test. However, this is not the case if a segment is used to send a campaign."

    This not is only written in segmentation documentation and nowhere else which if someone missed it makes segment calculation results confusing.

    it would be worth adding this information to all places where segmentation is described - eg. im working with API, would be nice to see this note also there and even better also show it on segmentation…

  4. Provide an option to select template for use in automations directly from the gallery instead of requiring an "edit and save" to use the template.

    In turn this would reduce clicks if we already have a known functional template. Only needing the 1 or 2 clicks to select the template versus many when selecting it -> editing -> go into builder -> save and use -> return to automation.

  5. Faites attention car à l'inscription le bouton pour valider l'inscription n'etait pas actif et non cliquable. Apres analyse j'ai compris que cela venait de mon adBlocker qui empechait le chargement de domaines comme fb, linkedin, etc. En le désactivant j'ai pu aller au bout mais tout le monde ne doit pas avoir le reflexe de regarder dans la console javascript pour comprendre l'erreur...

  6. Would be great to support ALL TZ via Chat. Or have clearly that you don't support Aus Pac TZ with live chat. Many times we need help and need it within the hour to have to then wait 24 hours is very poor.

  7. Have a work around way of providing support when the ticketing system is not working like now.
    Have a better way of handling pre-blocked e-mail accounts than writing a ticket (specially since the system sometimes fails like now).
    A simple way, would be a manual override of blocked e-mails, that might be trigger over the web interface. This should not happen that offen, anyways.

  8. Could you have the stats page sort each column by the date of what it is?
    For opened, have the date sorted by date of opened, clicked sorted by date clicked, etc.
    Also having the first/last name of the contact would be very helpful instead of just the email.

  9. Link statistics
    We really need to be able to see more links than the top 10 in the link overview of sent campaigns. Downloading a CSV list is far too time-consuming and costs us unnecessary time in reporting. This function was available in the previous version.

  10. The account settings UI is counterintuitive in this regard. The sender addresses section shows the comment 'Validate an individual addresses to track campaign statistics by sender address.', but it turns out that adding individual sender addresses is required to send any template. I expected to be able to enter a random sender address under one of my validated domains, but that is not possible. Allowing this would be my preferred solution of course, but I imagine that can be quite invasive, so please just clarify that an individual sender address is required instead.

  11. Hi

    Would you be able to add display properties from the contacts page for the activity page?

    It would be helpful to be able to see names next to the email addresses and be able to search for names in activity.

    Would it also be possible to have a sort option in the activity page? Sort by the different fields such as opened and delivered.

  14. We are coming from Acymailing and they have a stat for how many times an email was opened. Is is possible for Mailjet to do that one day? I've attached an example.
    Under "Opened", it shows how many times they opened the email.
    We really found this feature useful.

  15. Currently, it's only possible to export an email template from a main account to one sub-account at a time, which can be time-consuming if we have many sub-accounts. It would be beneficial to add a feature that allows exporting a template from a main account to multiple sub-accounts simultaneously.

  16. Regarding the issue where a contact unsubscribes from one of our lists but will still recieve emails from us if said contact is on other lists.

    Mailjet's answer to this is that if a contact wants to unsubscribe from several lists, which should be ca always? I need to remove the contact. But if I import my contact list again with this contact, there's no recollection of former unsubscription.

    We're seeing an increased unsub rate due to this and contacts have been reaching out to us wondering why we're still emailing them. With the new inbox requirements from Gmail and…

  17. Contact list not automatically calculated and loaded, only when you press a button.

    Because I have the problem that when you click on cancel, but then click away I see in the network tab that it just starts calculating again!!

    I click on cancel, because I want to add the design afterwards.

    Because of this my queue gets full all the time and it sometimes takes weeks before it can load a contact list again....

    pleas do something about this..

  18. I would love the ability to add a comment when sending a test email. We use the test email feature to send a proof to our team members, and being able to add a message at the beginning of the email would help our workflow. Thanks!

  20. Hallo, folgende Funktionen wären zur Sicherheit der Konten sehr hilfreich:

    Tägliches Versandlimit einstellen.

    So kann man sicherstellen, dass ein Missbrauch schnell erkannt und behoben werden kann. Aktuell gibt es weder eine Benachrichtigung noch ein Limit was man einsetzen kann. Hatte in meinem Fall zur Folge, dass 300.000 Mails innerhalb eines Tages versendet wurden, ohne das es jemand bemerkt hat.

    Benachrichtigungen erhalten.

    Gut wäre auch, wenn man Benachrichtigungen erhalten würde, wenn zB 80% des gesamten oder Tages Versandvolumens erreicht sind. Das würde ebenfalls Nutzer frühzeitig merken lassen, dass etwas am Account nicht stimmt.
