  1. It would be useful to have more flexibility with segmenting, or using segments in campaigns. For example, you can only choose the positive, not the negative, e.g. filter by "all who subscribed in the last month", but you can't choose neither in-segment, nor in-campaign, to "not" send to those people, or segment those who did "not" subscribe within the last month, therefore it's very difficult to send to the other group if you want to, without creating a brand new list. SO either a "not" drop down and adjustment to the descriptions when creating the segments, or a campaign option…

  2. Currenty there is no different user registration process for SSO users, we have to invite, user has to click on activation link and set a password, although for SSO Login the password is never needed.
    I recommend to change the SSO User process. We should be able to invite as "SSO User", it is OK if the user has still to activate their user, but without the need to set a password.

  3. I seem to only have a view of support tickets I have logged myself, although I am logged in as the Primary account. I would like an option to view/update tickets logged by other subaccount users.

    ich hätte einen Feature-Wunsch: Können Sie auf der Statistik-Seite einen EMail-Filter ergänzen?

    Die Filterung nach Datum oder EMail-Status ist für uns nicht so relevant. Wir müssen von Zeit zu Zeit gucken welche Mails an einen bestimmten User verschickt wurde. Wir nutzen Ihr System nicht für einen Newsletter-Versand, sondern für den Versand von Status-Mails an unsere User aus unserer TeamDrive-Software heraus. Hier bekommt der User unterschiedliche Mail-Templates zugeschickt. Ich kann jetzt nur den Tag eingrenzen und muss mich dann durch die zahlreichen Seiten klicken, um auf den Seiten dann jeweils nach der Email-Adresse zu suchen. Es wäre so viel einfacher,…

  5. Our technical account manager informed us, that it is not possible to have custom login pages as the logn pages are global for every Mailjet customer and Mailjet is not interested to maintain custom login pages per customer.

    Especially for cases where global pages are in place and you are not interested to offer customization there is an easy way of at least cusotmizing the pages just by using some dedicated settings per customer. Example:

    • for us it would be already helpful to deactivate "Create new account" link
    • a very helful setting would be "show only SSO Login Link", not…

  6. Allow clients to access Support. We created a ticket, received a response not related to the ticket and advice our query would be forwarded to App Support Team, then a few days later get another email from Mailjet asking us to follow up on the response whereas response said that App Support Team would get in touch with us. Seems one part of the business doesn't talk to another and no way to contact Mailjet to clarify this

  8. Hi, when using the test button on webhook, it's better if you set a dummy email on the sent data, it's easier on the other side to check if the data extraction is correct. Right now the email field is empty.

  11. Serait-il possible de conditionner la modification d'une clé secrète d'API à l'entrée préalable du mot de passe du compte de Mailjet ? Un hacheur ce week-end a tenté de se servir de la clé d'API d'un sous-compte en changeant sa clé d'API, après qu'on avait fait des modifications du compte principal comme suite à son piratage. S'il avait fallu entrer le nouveau mot de passe du compte Mailjet, j'imagine que le pirate n'aurait pas pu récidiver.

A member of your support team suggested I should register my request here: I just wanted a tag to use in email marketing templates in order to show the {{current_year}}, as we can do in any HTML page/code snippet, or in templates of most of the email marketing SaaS similar to Mailjet.   20. Make a membernumber the unique identifikation in stead of mailadress so we can make sure that we don't send to old mailadresses of our members. Sometimes we have uploade more mailadresses on the same member, if the membernumber was the unique identifikation we could make sure it did not happen.
