Enable sharing Billing set up across multiple accounts so there are two admins (4 eyes principle) that can observe billing details.

test mails do not arrive / no error shown
I copy a before used template and make some style adjustments. When I try to send test mails from this copied template and try to send a test mail, MailJet Webinterface says, that test mail have successfully been send - however, mail never receives.
Your technician told me, that this error occurs, because there is a bug in the template.
It would be great to do NOT get the false "success" mail when sending test mail. Instead it would be good to see, why the mail is reproduceable NOT send.

Account activation by sms
Change activation process ! whe never receive mail activation. we change mail account, we received new email address validation change, but we never received account activation email ! There's a big problem !

Multi-user access feature, hone so the access is limited to individual subaccount(s)
On the multi-user access, the permissions are for all subaccounts. Our use case would be to delegate user management to one nominated user in each subaccount, but only for their subaccount. Are there any plans to hone that so the access is limited to individual subaccount(s)?

pre-blocked e-mail management
Have a work around way of providing support when the ticketing system is not working like now.
Have a better way of handling pre-blocked e-mail accounts than writing a ticket (specially since the system sometimes fails like now).
A simple way, would be a manual override of blocked e-mails, that might be trigger over the web interface. This should not happen that offen, anyways.2 votes -

We can add comments on template but NOT on campaign, il would we very usefull for us to could comments email campaign directly on mailjet.

Choose Opt-in Settings
We must have Opt-in Settings to allow the users choose between single opt-on or double opt-in. For some cases like events invitations, single opt-in process is easier to allow the users to register without having a long process of confirmation.

Add note about segmentation calculation results delay in pleaces where segmentation is described or used
For segmentation there is a note in documentation:
"Please note: Any changes made to the list within the last hour will not be considered in your test. However, this is not the case if a segment is used to send a campaign."This not is only written in segmentation documentation and nowhere else which if someone missed it makes segment calculation results confusing.
it would be worth adding this information to all places where segmentation is described - eg. im working with API, would be nice to see this note also there and even better also show it on segmentation…

Inscription simple :)
Faites attention car à l'inscription le bouton pour valider l'inscription n'etait pas actif et non cliquable. Apres analyse j'ai compris que cela venait de mon adBlocker qui empechait le chargement de domaines comme fb, linkedin, etc. En le désactivant j'ai pu aller au bout mais tout le monde ne doit pas avoir le reflexe de regarder dans la console javascript pour comprendre l'erreur...

Live Chat for Aus Pac
Would be great to support ALL TZ via Chat. Or have clearly that you don't support Aus Pac TZ with live chat. Many times we need help and need it within the hour to have to then wait 24 hours is very poor.
