Ability to embed raw HTML instead of iframe for subscription forms
Since not all platforms support the use of iframes, the ability to utilize raw HTML for subscription forms would be beneficial (and in some cases vital).

Trigger and modal bugs
Hi,
I encountered multiple bugs using the new subscription form builder.
1 - the trigger button doesnt scroll to the top of the page. So the user click the button on bottom of a very long page but the form appears on top where the user cant see it.
2 - the form modal is not fixed and the user can scroll under it
3 - when I close the modal and reopen it via the trigger, the form in the modal is broken (displayed inline instead of block?)
There are workarounds for 1 and 2 but 3 seems blocking…5 votes -
image and file library
Would like to see an image and file library available to the email editor. Quoting one of our end users:
Images, have the images store in the system so I don’t have to go and dig through to reupload them…
They also have a similar concern/request for PDF files. They would like to...
Upload PDF files to email with the emailer.
I don't think they're looking to include PDF attachments, but instead looking to story the PDFs within the Mailjet system for easy reference, rather than uploading the PDFs to an external location and then linking to that external location.

Subscriber's 'Last activity' timestamp
A subscriber's 'Last activity' timestamp is updated when the user:
• opened a campaign or autoresponder
• clicked a link in a campaign or autoresponder
• subscribed to a list
• unsubscribed from a list
• bounced
• marked as spam
• confirmed a double opt-in subscription
Subscribers are sorted by 'Last activity' in the list. Therefore, subscribers who did any of the above activity will float to the top of the subscriber list. You will also see changes in the 'Subscribers activity chart'.

Wordpress plugin delete users as well as add
Mailjet plugin for WordPress. When a user is deleted from WordPress can the plugin also delete them from the Mailjet contact list. Currently the syncing of existing and new WordPress users makes the semi useless. You already provide an API call to delete people from a Mailjet contact list, why can you not add a hook into WordPress so when a user is deleted it calls the API to delete the Mailjet contact. Add SVG support for icons (and maybe images in general?)
Hey Mailjet team!
Would be nice to add support for SVG images as they current limitations for icons (PNG and 32x32 pixels) doesn't look as well as they could in the emails. Most of the times they are pixelated and more if you zoom in.

Second Checkbox
Dear Mailjet-Team,
It would be great if in the future it were possible to add a second check box when creating the form design in the form builder. I would like to have one to say that the person agrees to subscribe to the newsletter and a second one where the person can accept all data protection regulations.
If you could consider adding that feature in the future, that would be really helpful.

Inscription directe à une liste
Sur l'éditeur de formulaires, la possibilité d'inscription directe à une liste est proposée, mais n'est pas fonctionnelle. Il faut activer cette fonctionnalité ou bien la retirer, ça évite au client, comme moi, de perdre du temps à créer un ticket pour demander ce qui ne va pas.

More permission levels for campaigns
Our new process of building campaigns needs more granular control of the permission levels.
We are using 5 templates per sub-account that are built by our design team and published, and then our marketing coordinators create campaigns from these. Because we work with 22 international automotive brands we then need to check the content, we also try to peer review before campaigns are sent.
Can we have similar permission controls to the template levels, a user can create a campaign draft, and then it had to be published/approved by a user with a higher level before being able to be…

Allow single opt-in forms
Sometimes, you really want a single opt in form. In my use case, I'd like for users to optionally sign up to enter a raffle after they've completed a rather long survey. This shouldn't require a double opt-in flow.

send splited to open-time rate of my users
have the option for send any campaign = "send by open time of my users". If this splits the sending by the same rate % like the statitics of open time of all my users of the last 6 month, last 12 month, last 60 days.. and so on would be rather userfull

open-time statistics for some period
statistics about open time average for a selected time/date period would be very usefull. Example: to know that in a average for the last 6 month that 52% of my useres open the newsletters between 7:00 and 10:00 and a other 38 % between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm would be realy userfull

Support for Finnish language
In the new Form Builder it does not seem to be possible to edit the text that is displayed after the user has submitted his subscription. A generic text is displayed in the selected language. At the moment Finnish is not supported which is very inconvenient. Can you fix this?

Better guide the SMTP only by a remark in the SMTP only block. "Use API keys for SMTP User / SMTP Password"
My misunderstanding was due to the lack of SMTP User / SMTP Password mentions
until I guessed to take the APY keys for thatA suggestion : put a remark in the SMTP only block. "Use APY keys for SMTP User / SMTP Password"
Also, I was confused because the read-only fields of the SMTP only block appeared so grayed that I took them as placeholders (I use the dark mode)1 vote
