Contact property options
When looking up webhits on Mailjet we are not able to look up at the contact properties such as company names and job titles and it is important when we are analyzing the results of the campaigns sent out and in trying to understand performance. Should that be given we can integrate Vlookup method. This would be a potential improvement to the service

Incorrect DKIM settings
Your DKIM copy-paste is incorrect!
You gave:
k=rsa; p=[REDACTED LONG NUMBER]It was missing the opener,
v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=.....
So your own service would not validate it. Once I added the v=DIM1; it worked. Cost me an hour or so.

Make automation-flow trigger based on segments.
Make it possible to start/trigger an automation flow based on a contact joining a segment. Right now it's only possible to start a welcome flow based on a contact joining a list or updating a contact property. We have a case where our contact properties are too complex to use as a automation trigger, but if we can do it on a segment level we could manage to target users more precisely.

Il faudrait pouvoir permettre la possibilité de publier plusieurs templates en même temps... lorsqu'on a une centaine de templates transactionnels, et que on utilise des sections sauvegardées, il faut MANUELLEMENT publier chacun des modèles quand on propage les changements... ce qui annule complètement l'intérêt des sections sauvegardées, bravo !!!!!

Deleting/Archiving Segments
Once a Segment has been created and used - it cannot be deleted. However, in most cases, I will not use that Segment again.
My Segment list is very cluttered. If I cannot delete it, is it possible to Archive it?

When I am UPDATING MY CONTACT LIST - I would prefer a 5th option:

Optimización de contactos
Buenas.
Estaría bien implementar de alguna manera de importar por ejemplo, 100 contactos y que estos estén divididos en 5 listas de contacto, (20 contactos cada uno) y que automáticamente si actualicen las listas ya creadas, y/o se creen nuevas.
Lo digo porque nosotros tenemos muchas listas de contacto, y cada vez que tenemos que actualizar, perdemos muchísimo tiempo.

Make the "already confirmed" message customizable

Do not allow subscription when already subscribed
At the moment, if a user is already part of the contact list attached to the form, the subscription process still takes place normally (a confirmation email is sent, etc.).
That's not how it should work IMO. The form should check whether the email is already existing in the attached contact list, and if it is the case, it should show a customizable error message, such as : "This email is already subscribed".

Support VML in link tracking
If we want to use rounded buttons everywhere we are forced to use microsoft's VML in the conditional <!--[if mso]> tags.
The problem that the links in them are not replaced with the tracked links, as they are not an <a href="https://example.com> tag,
but a <v:roundrect xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" href="https://example.com">It would be great if Mailjet supported replacing the href= inside VML tags as well as <a> tags

Hey there. New user. Genuinely like the service. I think that adding emails to the list is just wayyyyy to cumbersome and laborious. I met a few people at an event last night. They really wanted to be added to the list for future shows. I wished I could have just entered them in my phone and be done. Instead I have to write down their emails and then come to my desk, sign in (which is also very slow with the image ID thing) get to my lists, select the cog widget, and THEN go through 4 steps to…

Indentifizierungscodes kommen mit enormer Verspätung an. Bitte auf diese Sicherheitsmaßnahme vorerst verzichten
Ich habe nun eine Dreiviertelstunde gebraucht um mich einzuloggen, weil es so lange dauert bis mir die Identfizierungscodes zugeschickt werden. Solange Mailjet nicht in der Lage ist diese Code zumindest bissen einer Minute zu verschicken, bitte vorerst auf diese Sicherheitsmaßnahme verzichten. So kann man nicht effizient arbeiten.
