ich hätte einen Feature-Wunsch: Können Sie auf der Statistik-Seite einen EMail-Filter ergänzen?
Die Filterung nach Datum oder EMail-Status ist für uns nicht so relevant. Wir müssen von Zeit zu Zeit gucken welche Mails an einen bestimmten User verschickt wurde. Wir nutzen Ihr System nicht für einen Newsletter-Versand, sondern für den Versand von Status-Mails an unsere User aus unserer TeamDrive-Software heraus. Hier bekommt der User unterschiedliche Mail-Templates zugeschickt. Ich kann jetzt nur den Tag eingrenzen und muss mich dann durch die zahlreichen Seiten klicken, um auf den Seiten dann jeweils nach der Email-Adresse zu suchen. Es wäre so viel einfacher,…

Custom Login Page by just using settings
Our technical account manager informed us, that it is not possible to have custom login pages as the logn pages are global for every Mailjet customer and Mailjet is not interested to maintain custom login pages per customer.
Especially for cases where global pages are in place and you are not interested to offer customization there is an easy way of at least cusotmizing the pages just by using some dedicated settings per customer. Example:
- for us it would be already helpful to deactivate "Create new account" link
- a very helful setting would be "show only SSO Login Link", not…

Improve customer service
Allow clients to access Support. We created a ticket, received a response not related to the ticket and advice our query would be forwarded to App Support Team, then a few days later get another email from Mailjet asking us to follow up on the response whereas response said that App Support Team would get in touch with us. Seems one part of the business doesn't talk to another and no way to contact Mailjet to clarify this

I need to see which lists a contact is in, via the API. Currently, this is impossible without scanning each list, to see if the contact is in it.

Remove the Google Recaptcha, when user also have 2FA enabled.

Serait-il possible de conditionner la modification d'une clé secrète d'API à l'entrée préalable du mot de passe du compte de Mailjet ? Un hacheur ce week-end a tenté de se servir de la clé d'API d'un sous-compte en changeant sa clé d'API, après qu'on avait fait des modifications du compte principal comme suite à son piratage. Hallucinant qu'un acteur comme vous ne permette pas de supprimer tous mes contacts qui n'ont pas ouvert de mail depuis XX jours et qui ne se sont pas de nouveaux abonnés sur les XX derniers jours (pour éviter de supprimer des nouveaux abonnés alors que je n'ai pas encore envoyé de newsletter par ex.).Je vous soumets li'dée du coup ;-)

Individual Sender Address in Email API
Based on a real-world ticket:
We are using Mailjet as an SMTP relay for our domain, and the only valid sender address we have set up is our domain sender address "@mydomain.com". Now when emails are soft bounced, one could go to the Mailjet web portal and on the Stats page view which emails were not delivered and more importantly which individual sender sent the email (for example "harry@mydomain.com" taken from the email's From field). Mailjet should not "preblock" email address in our own domain
If you send email to an internal account which hasn't been set up yet, Mailjet decides that it is an attempt to send spam and "preblocks" the address for 90 days. This doesn't make sense for internal accounts.
For example, suppose I have a new employee named Susan and I add susan@mydomain.com to a mailing list, or I send her mail through a system that uses the Mailjet API (which is the case that happened to me). Mouse pointer on the popup form button: it should be able to be a hand pointer.
When we have a popup form, by default it is hidden and only a button is shown. When you click on that button, then the popup form is displayed.
However, the mouse pointer always has the shape of an arrow when hovering the button.
We believe that if the pointer would take the shape of a hand pointer when hovering over the button, more people would click on the button. Now it looks like the button is simply a caption.
This would be as simple as adding the CSS "cursor:pointer;" in the HTML generated by Form Builder.
