   Je découvre, avec stupeur, que vos services ne propose pas de notifier l'expéditeur d'un mail qui transite pas votre plateforme si le mail n'est pas délivré. 3. Add ability to duplicate marketing template as a double opt-in e-mail template

   Marketing templates can already be duplicated (exported) as automation/transactional templates. This should also be possible for double opt-in templates, so we don't have to start over.

   Changing the font family or font size in the paragraph style has no effect, only global font family seems to work.

5. Apple Privacy Policy

   In regard to Apple Privacy Policy matter, is there any news about how Mailjet would address this challenge?. I've noticed how other email marketing tools are upgrading their events webhook with extra information, so it can be possible to identify suspicious openings triggered by Apple MPP activity.
   it is a big concern for our business in terms of the quality and accuracy of the MailJet webhook events analysis.

6. Gros bug : à améliorer

   Bonjour, de gros problèmes à l'inscription sur vos nouveaux formulaires qui remplacent l'inscription. Le bug est qu'il est souvent impossible de s'inscrire pour les utilisateurs. De plus la mise en forme des champs du formulaire (alignement à gauche par exemple) ne fonctionne pas !

   Es gibt externe Widgets, welche Newsletteradressen sammeln. Diese lösen eine OPT-In E-Mail von Mailjet aus, und wird dieser OptIn bestätigt, erfolgt direkt die Anmeldung der Adresse.

   Auch wenn über das nicht-Mailjet-eigene Formular Adressen gesammelt werden, müssen natürlich die Einwilligungssdaten protokolliert und bereitstellt werden. Das findet ja komplett bei euch statt. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall. Bitte asap fixen, danke!

   Even if addresses are collected via non-Mailjet's own form, the consent data must of course be logged and provided. This takes place completely with you. But this is not the case. Please fix asap, thanks!

8. Specify allowed domains for a subaccount / API key

   In the Mailjet GUI it would be very useful to specify which domains a subaccount are allowed to send to. When developers are using test-systems, we need this functionality to minimize the risk that we send test-mail to "production customers".

9. Make it possible to configure List-Help instead of List-Unsubscribe

   All mail sent via Mailjet currently includes a List-Unsubscribe header that has email clients such as Apple Mail show an unsubscribe button even for mail that is just sent to one recipient and not at all from any kind of mailing list.
   This is causing problems when people click to unsubscribe from system emails that they really don’t want to opt out from.
   Instead, please make it possible to set the equally compliant List-Help header described in 2.17 of https://certified-senders.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/CSA_Admission_Criteria.pdf. This just links to a web page that describes why the user received the email.

11. Search declared sender domains list

    Please add a domain search to the domains and sender addresses & the SPF/DKIM Authentication pages. We have lots of client domains setup and it would be very useful to search rather than scroll & click through multiple pages.

12. Add Checkbox for Boolean Contact Properties

    It would be nice if the new form editor also offered the possibility to use a checkbox as a form field - for contact properties of the type "Boolean".

13. Duplicate forms and widgets easily

    It would be great to be able to duplicate forms and widgets for easy editing. It's a pain to have to create all new forms every time you develop a new version.

    Liebes mailjet-Entwicklungsteam,

    ich habe den neuen Form-Editor ausgiebig getestet und festgestellt, dass er den alten Form-Editor nicht ersetzen kann:

    – es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Radio-Buttons oder Auswahlfelder anzulegen

    – es wird keine Schnittstelle zur Übergabe von POST-Parametern per Action-URL aus eigenen Formularen unterstützt

    – die Option, selbst HTML-Code ins Formular zu packen, legt den Code automatisch innerhalb eines iFrames ab (dann iFrame innerhalb des Widget.iFrames), sodass dieser wie eine Barrierre die evtl. erfassten Inputs (z. B. aus einer Auswahlliste) blockt.

    DIese Mängel bzw. Vreschlechterungen wurden mir vom Support (Ticket #2440031) bestätigt.

    Meine Bitte: / mein Vorschlag
    Verlängern Sie die im alten Form-Editor erstellten WIdgets über den April 2023 hinaus - solange bis die o.g.n Fehler abgestellt wurde! Andernfalls muss ich leider von mailjet zu einer anderen Newsletter-Plattform wechseln.

    New form editor cannot replace the old one
    Dear mailjet development team,

    i have tested the new form editor extensively and found that it cannot replace the old form editor:

    • there is no possibility to create radio buttons or selection fields

    • there is no interface supported to pass POST parameters via action URL from your own forms

    • the option to put HTML code into the form automatically puts the code inside an iFrame (then iFrame inside the Widget.iFrame), so that it blocks the possibly captured inputs (e.g. from a selection list) like a barrier.

    These deficiencies have been confirmed to me by support (ticket #2440031).

    My request: / my suggestion
    Extend the WIdgets created in the old Form-Editor beyond April 2023 - until the above mentioned bugs are fixed! Otherwise, I'm afraid I'll have to switch from mailjet to another newsletter platform.

18. Ombrage sur votre formulaire

    Bonsoir,

    Je viens de tester votre nouvel outil de formulaire. Il est plutôt intéressant mais je ne peux pas supprimer l'ombrage de la boîte d'inscription... Ce qui pour moi est une véritable catastrophe à l'heure du flat design : mon site web ne pourra plus convertir avec une boîte aussi peu esthétique. Après contact de votre support, on m'a fait savoir que l'ombrage de la boîte était seulement modifiable sur la version pop up. Mais je ne peux me résoudre à afficher un pop up sur mon site, ne souhaitant pas être trop intrusive. Pourriez-vous svp permettre de déterminer si l'on souhaite conserver un ombrage ou non sur les deux versions de votre formulaire ? Je vous remercie par avance

    I just tested your new form tool. It is rather interesting but I can't remove the shading of the registration box... This is a real disaster for me in the era of flat design: my website will no longer be able to convert with such an unsightly box. After contacting your support, I was told that the shading of the box was only modifiable on the pop up version. But I can't bring myself to display a pop up on my site, not wanting to be too intrusive. Could you please make it possible to determine whether to keep a shadow or not on both versions of your form?     Stop auto-labelling sent campaigns as 'Cancelled'. This is incorrect, misleading and clearly a fault with your technical system. Please resolve!
