  2. The template designer is clunky:

    1. I can download MJML but I cannot upload it?
    2. I can make themes by adjusting the font presets (Header, Paragraph) but how do I maintain themes across templates.
    3. I can make the selected text bold, but when I change the style from paragraph to header or so the selection is ignored and the whole section is changed.
    4. The color selection in text styles does not accept double click.
    5. The font size selection in text styles is super weird, I am not even sure what it does.
    6. Most text inputs apply the change immediately, which is…

  3. C'est très compliqué d'avoir une campagne avec un haut débit d'envoi d'emails avec Maillet car notre compte est souvent bloqué et le support tarde à répondre pour nous permettre de débloquer la situation.

  4. C'est lamentable, on débute avec votre système, il y a des choses qui ne se passent pas bien, et comme on est encore dans la phase gratuite, personne en direct telephone. vraiment nous ne sommes pas satisfait de ces 1er essai.

  5. Verification additional feature.

    Once the verification is done, how about optional features to choose to delete email categories like, disposable and undeliverable?

    At this time this only solutions are:
    1. dowload the csv, clean it and upload it again in a new contact list.
    this is not a good solution because all the backend using the API needs to be edited with new contact list ids.

    1. keep the same lists and delete the unwanted emails one by one using the API with a loop function fed with the list of unwanted emails.

  9. Some fonts are incorrectly defined in the mailing.
    E.g. Arial or Open Sans. Links to Google Fonts are inserted, but the fonts cannot be accessed under Google Fonts. See link.

    According to GDPR, the fonts should be retrieved from the Mailjet server or the customer's server and not from a third source. The retrieval of Google Webfonts should therefore be changed as a matter of urgency.

    It should also be possible to specify the font for the fallback.

  12. The ability to upload MJML to be used as a template in the passport editor is great, however I hope it can be improved.

    1. Uploading MJML often results in errors -- provide more documentation for how to upload an MJML file to work with Passport

    2. In Passport, it's great to be able to set global styles. However, it'd be nice to set styles for things like buttons, and other components normally available in MJML (including all of their related attributes).

    3. Allow an email editor to see the underlying code in passport if they so choose.

    1. Currently, the email unsubscribe page does not contain a heading or any page landmarks, or any way to add those.
    2. There is also insufficient colour contrast on the buttons on the page. There seems to be no way for us to address these ourselves. This means that the service fails the latest WCAG requirements for screenreaders for issue 1 and for users with vision issues. for issue 2 - essential for sites in the public service sites.

  16. Hi, Could you improve email tracking dashboard ? It's really hard to find if a diven email has really been sent, delivered, open. If you could add earch per sender, per contact, per subject etc. Also when I select a period in "statistics", it always resets to a random date in July. Thanks in advance !

  18. I wanted to report a bug.
    See attached screenshot.
    On the chart all emails in a given hour are marked with correct statuses, while all emails on the list below are marked only as a queued.
    It's misleading. It actually leads to a type of feelling that as I user I don't know if the email was finally sent or not.

  19. Make MailJet accessible

    The current MailJet website is not usable by blind clients using screen reading software (such as JAWS, NVDA, or Apple VoiceOver) to navigate and interact with websites. My suggestion is that MailJet developers enhance this website to adhere to WCAG guidelines, a global accessibility standard for web development. Companies that do not provide accessible UIs risk legal action under the ADA (Netflix was one recent example). I’m a blind fiction writer, and without this enhancement, MailJet is completely unusable. You have already lost me as a customer. Don’t lose more. Fix this issue soon.
