  2. Hi, Could you improve email tracking dashboard ? It's really hard to find if a diven email has really been sent, delivered, open. If you could add earch per sender, per contact, per subject etc. Also when I select a period in "statistics", it always resets to a random date in July. Thanks in advance !

  4. I wanted to report a bug.
    See attached screenshot.
    On the chart all emails in a given hour are marked with correct statuses, while all emails on the list below are marked only as a queued.
    It's misleading. It actually leads to a type of feelling that as I user I don't know if the email was finally sent or not.

  5. Make MailJet accessible

    The current MailJet website is not usable by blind clients using screen reading software (such as JAWS, NVDA, or Apple VoiceOver) to navigate and interact with websites. My suggestion is that MailJet developers enhance this website to adhere to WCAG guidelines, a global accessibility standard for web development. Companies that do not provide accessible UIs risk legal action under the ADA (Netflix was one recent example). I’m a blind fiction writer, and without this enhancement, MailJet is completely unusable. You have already lost me as a customer. Don’t lose more. Fix this issue soon.

  7. Ich würde gerne eine E-Mail erhalten, sobald sich ein Kontakt abmeldet hat. So könnten wir diese E-Mail Adresse aus unserer Branchensoftware deaktivieren.

    I would like to receive an email as soon as a contact has unsubscribed. This would allow us to deactivate this email address from our industry software.

  8. Please fix the captcha and that I get logged out every time. Please imagine you'd getting logged out of your iCloud account or Whatsapp everyday. Just because you're building for B2B doesn't mean you don't need to care about your users. I will definitely move to another mailing tool soon and won't recommend Mailjet to anyone.

  12. Bonjour, lorsque je créée mon modèle en francais, et que je le prévisualise, mailjet traduit automatiquement certains termes en anglais, exemples : le mot "graves" écrit lorsque j'édite mon modèle, se transforme en "tombe" lors de ma prévisualisation
    Comment remédier à cela ?

    When I create my template in French and preview it, mailjet automatically translates certain terms into English. For example, the word "graves" written when I edit my template is transformed into "tombe" when I preview it

    This should be corrected as it means a deduction of 0.249 points in the spam rating of the email.

  15. Manually create a segment by uploading a list of contacts.

    Currently we are unable to segment based on a specific link clicked in a previous campaign, yet I am able to download this data from My Campaign Stats, so, the ability to manually create a segment that is segmented based on a list of email addresses would solve this issue, as well as open up other segmenting capability when the MailJet interface lacks intricacy.

    Wir würden es gut finden, wenn es in Zukunft die Möglichkeit geben würde, bei einem A/X Test unterschiedliche Versandzeiten einstellen zu können. Dies würde sich einfacher gestalten, als ein Kampagnenvergleich.

  18. I noticed that no alt attribute is added to Mailjet's tracking pixel (1x1 img).
    This leads to a devaluation in the suspected spam rating of the e-mail.

    I ask that you set an alt attribute on your tracking pixel by default.
    The alt attribute alt="" can be empty or filled with a space. It is sufficient that it is simply there.

  19. The information provided by the webhook about delivery events is limited. Other delivery service providers provide more information in their webhook.

    We use the webhook to monitor deliverability. It would be good if the following event type is added:
    - deferral events (failed delivery attempts which will be retried)
    and the following event fields are added:
    - envelope sender
    - from header
    - sending IP
    - delivery time (time from submission to delivery)
    - destination host (result of MX lookup)
