  1. Recently we had the case that someone went into a sub-account and reset the secret for an API key in order to get access to it in order to update some of the templates via the API. This same API key is used for our production processing.
    As only 1 API key can be kept per sub-account at the moment, there is also no work around except sharing the key. In our case this was done but the person lost it/deleted it somehow and didn't really think about the implications of resetting the secret. This caused our production API key…

  4. It would be great if we could download a contact segmentation list.
    I have created a segment of contacts who haven't opened a campaign in 12 months and would like to download this list so that I can remove them from a contact list.
    Alternatively, if we update a contact list using a saved segment, that would work too.

  5. Dear Mailjet team,
    I want to use the inbox preview feature as described in this article:
    https://www.mailjet.com/de/blog/produkt/inbox-preview/
    But when I go into the email designer and click on preview, I can only see one mobile and one desktop preview but I want to check it for various email clients. How can I activate it? Does an admin have to do something? I am in a sandbox account.

  6. I would like Mailjet to be able to talk to our CRM software, Pipeline. Our contact list is dynamic and changes on a daily basis. If I could somehow mass flag people in pipeline based on their status in Mailjet (high risk, low risk, hard bounce, soft bounce, etc) that would be extremely helpful so that I can exclude these contacts when uploading a new list.

  9. Hi,
    Kindly make the Unsubscribe button such that it adds the user to the Exclusion List. Currently, it is only unsubscribing the user from the contact list used in that particular campaign. Contact lists are refreshed every month. Due to the issue of the user not being unsubscribed for all future emails, the GDPR rules are not being followed. This is a very pressing issue as Mailjet claims to be GDPR compliant and this poses an issue for its clients as well. Kindly do look into this at your earliest.

  11. The ability to have links be clickable would be nice.

    When doing a standard preview as well (no tokens), seeing how a email will work/look for a specific user (including any contact property based information) would be beneficial.

  12. As an API User,
    I want to know what's my remaining quota on contact management API calls,
    So that I can plan accordingly on my side and queue my calls if needed to avoid hiting the hourly rate limit.

    For example:
    X-RateLimit-Limit - Request limit per hour
    X-RateLimit-Remaining - The number of requests left for the time window

  13. my account has a preference to be in French. so for the stats on this page https://app.mailjet.com/stats I would like to see the date in French (today is 09/08/2022 not 08/09/2022) the time/date in the column in French as well and the time zone set accordingly for Paris.

  14. Cela fait 3 mois que j'utilises Mailjet sur Chrome et mes collègues et moi sommes déconnectés de Mailjet à chaque fois que ne l'utilisons pas pendant plus d'une à quelques heures.
    C'est a dire que meme si je garde Mailjet dans un onglet le matin, si j'y reviens l'apres midi je serais déconnecté.
    Pourtant lorsque je me connecte, je bouton "remember me" est coché.
    Ce bouton a le mérite d'exister, il faut le faire vivre :)

    I've been using Mailjet on Chrome for 3 months and my colleagues and I are disconnected from Mailjet every time we don't use it…

  18. Integrations often needs to know if a template has changed. At the moment the only way to know that is with a polling mechanism, that's very inefficient.
    A webhook can be a better solution for those cases and can be invoked when published template changes are saved.

  19. At the moment, it's not possible to know if a template is published or not when retrieved from API. As a consequence, if we try to call the /template/{id}/detailcontent on draft template, the API response is a 404.
    To solve this issue, is important to know the status of a template or to filter templates on /template API for status, to exclude draft templates.

  20. There is no option to stop sent email even tough system is ending 200 emails per day there is no option to stop or change email after clicking sent. This is a very serious problem!
