  2. Attention, procédure de vérification des adresses e-mail pas claire. Un devis approximatif est indiqué, mais à aucun moment le client s'engage à payer un montant clair et précis pour la vérification demandée. Ce sentiment de procédure inaboutie (et donc a priori non facturée) est renforcé par le résultat obtenu, un simple tableau de synthèse de la vérification des adresses e-mails, mais sans informations exploitables directement (à savoir les adresses e-mails qui ne sont plus bonnes).   3. ma liste de diffusion est principalement constituée d'adresses e-mails de professionnels dans de grandes sociétés, les serveurs de réception vérifient de plus en plus souvent les e-mails reçus avec un principe de clic automatique sur tous les liens URL que comporte le message reçu. Ce qui fait que dès la première minute de réception, j'ai plus de 20% des emails envoyés qui sont notés comme cliqués (information totalement parasite), et si je veux via votre tableau ne voir que les e-mails qui effectivement ont été ouverts, j'obtiens en fait une liste totalement inexploitable qui comporte les e-mails ouverts + les…

    Idée concernant les widgets abonnement :

    Nous souhaiterions qu'après la prise de mail via un widget abonnement (présent sur une page de notre site internet), la page s'actualise puis redirige l'internaute vers une autre page du site.

    Cela permettrait de diminuer le taux de rebond de la page internet.

  5. I want to see the name of the subaccount that used a non-validated sender address. As of now, the mail that is received in such cases only holds the API Key, but not the name of the key. So if you don't know the apikeys themself you are not able to identify which account is having a problem.

  6. Hi, we would appreciate an option for transactional emails to switch language directly in the email. Example - we send a transactional email in english to the client, but the client does not speaks english (ie. human error when updating database). Some buttons/links to the template, so the client can switch between languages himself would be fine.

  7. Hello, we use the subscription widget to build our contact lists and some formularies have a language choice. Unfortunately, once subscribed, users cannot change their language choice because the address is already registered. Can you provide for this possibility?

  8. Es wäre schön, wenn sich Fehlermeldungen nicht auf ein »Ups, da ist was schiefgegangen« beschränken würden, sondern etwas ausführlicher darstellen würden, was schiefgegangen ist und wie dem abgeholfen werden kann.

    It would be nice if error messages weren't limited to "Oops, something went wrong," but went into more detail about what went wrong and how to fix it.

  13. improve UI flow for naming a segment

    current behavior
    -user clicks "Create segment" at bottom right without titling segment
    -application prompts user to give the segment a title
    -user enters a title but does not click "Save"
    -user clicks "Create segment"
    -nothing happens

    Instead of nothing happening, segment should be created with the name that has been input (just without clicking Save)

  15. It would be useful to be able to add a personalized link that opens Google Translate on the page. Especially, when you have less Customers in a language, you won't to mulitple translations.

    Currently you can use:
    - short_permalink which works with Google Translate, but is not personalized.
    - using the normal permalink results in an error on Google, as the link is too long.

    Thus having a personalized shortlink as parameter would do the trick, or either having a ready parameter that does already to Google Translate.

    We use it like:
    "Open in Browser"
    "German Version" -> automatically translated.

  16. Nous avons pu constater que certains utilisateurs n'étaient pas comptabilisé dans les ouvreurs d'une campagne, mais pouvaient quand même être remontés parmi les cliqueurs effectifs. Le flag "ouvreur" n'est pas forcément levé, mais pour autant on devrait pouvoir considérer qu'un "cliqueur" a forcément ouvert l'email.

    Nous souhaitons disposer des filtres cumulant les deux informations "ouvert" et "cliqué". Par exemple :
    - "A ouvert un email ou a cliqué dans un email depuis"
    - "A ouvert une campagne ou a cliqué dans une campagne depuis"
    - "A ouvert un email ou a cliqué dans un email de la campagne"

  17. De manière générale nos gestionnaires disposent d'une version d'excel ne permettant pas de choisir le séparateur et proposant par défaut le point-virgule. Ce n'est habituellement pas un problème car l'import au niveau du BO accepte aussi les fichiers de ce type la plupart du temps.

    Le problème est présent lorsqu'il a un fichier avec séparateur point-virgule et qu'il y a une virgule dans l'une cellules. Le fichier est alors rejeté sans la moindre explication du problème. On peut parfois passer beaucoup de temps à tâtonner pour trouver ce qui cloche avec le fichier qu'on souhaite importer

  18. Actuellement il est impossible de sélectionner les colonnes à afficher dans l'écran "Tous mes contacts". L'export ne permet alors pas de récupérer l'ensemble des propriétés de tous contacts lors du téléchargement de tous les contacts.

    Nous souhaitons disposer de cette fonctionnalité à ce niveau, avec la possibilité d'avoir les propriétés de contacts sur l'ensemble des listes existantes.

  19. Les recherches de type "n'est pas" ou "ne contient pas" devraient systématiquement remonter les contacts pour lesquels la propriété est vide ou n'existe pas.

    Pour ces contacts-là :
    - la valeur ne sera jamais la valeur renseignée avec le filtre "n'est pas"
    - la valeur ne contiendra jamais la valeur renseignée avec le filtre "ne contient pas"

    Is not" and "Does not contain" filters
    Searches of the "is not" or "does not contain" type should systematically return contacts for which the property is empty or does not exist.

    For these contacts :

  20. Lorsqu'on travaille sur un template marketing, si l'expéditeur pré-renseigné n'est pas validé, les emails de test ne sont pas envoyés alors qu'un message popin est affiché pour indiquer que la demande a été correctement traitée.

    => Il faudrait qu'il y ait une vérification préalable de l'expéditeur et qu'un message d'avertissement indique à l'utilisateur que l'envoi ne peut pas être fait car l'expéditeur choisi est invalide/non confirmé. (Sinon nos utilisateurs ne comprennent pas du tout ce qui se passe)
