  2. Please add a domain search to the domains and sender addresses & the SPF/DKIM Authentication pages. We have lots of client domains setup and it would be very useful to search rather than scroll & click through multiple pages.

  3. bonjour, nous voudrions pouvoir envoyer nos campagnes avec une adresse de notre domaine mais que les contacts ne la voient pas et voient seulement que la campagne a été envoyée avec une adresse gmail (qui est utilisée par plusieurs personnes)

In den Kontoeinstellungen ist dieses auch ersichtlich, allerdings haben wir keinerlei Premium-Funktionen (Supportmeldung, Einrichten mehrere Benutzerkonten etc.).   8. Bonjour,
    n'est-il pas possible de changer le retour de votre API lorsque l'on tente d'envoyer un mail avec un expéditeur non validé? J'ai récemment eu un souci lié à un expéditeur autorisé uniquement sur le compte principal mais pas sur un sous compte (cf ticket #2434150) et j'avoue que le retour API nous a vraiment induit en erreur. Pour cause, dans ce cas, l'API nous transmet un succès et un id de message comme si tout était OK, sauf que malheureusement, l'envoie n'as pas fonctionné et l'id renvoie une 404 lorsqu'on tente de faire un get ?
    Ce correctif serait…

  12. If a URL is entered incorrectly into a campaign and the clicks are tracked (meaning the traffic is redirected through Mailjet's servers), it would be useful for Mailjet to be able to redirect the links from their servers.

Certains messages en rebonds temporaires (lorsque l'IP partagée est bloquée et que la raison = "expéditeur bloqué") devrait être automatiquement renvoyés dans un délai de 1h/5h/12h/24h selon les possibilités, mais il n'existe aucun moyen de cibler (via un segment par exemple) les emails en rebond temporaire pour renvoyer une campagne ensuite, donc MailJet devrait automatiquement renvoyé les emails lorsque la raison du rebond le permet.
    Comme vu en pj, il y a un certain nombre d'email dans ce cas, et pour certains, il s'agit de clients actifs ayant ouvert des campagnes par le passé, c'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir…

    Gemäss System können diese mit der "Aktion" wieder anmelden reaktiviert werden...
    Leider funktioniert diese Aktion nicht.

  17. It would be really nice to be able to sort Contacts by their sign up date field, in reverse chronological order, within the dashboard. That way we can see all the new sign ups without having to export the entire list and sort in Excel.

  20. Please give your users the option to embed icons based on the "font-awesome library". I`ve tried to embed a font-awesome-css file (from my server) in order to use it as a custom font. I failed to "trigger" an icon by using the unicode of a special icon. This technique is used on daily webdesign bases with CMS. I think it would be highly appreciated to have this option when layouting Newsletters in your editor as well. Best regards, Bjarne Rubin (info@pixle.de)
