  3. We must have Opt-in Settings to allow the users choose between single opt-on or double opt-in. For some cases like events invitations, single opt-in process is easier to allow the users to register without having a long process of confirmation.

  5. Currently, it's only possible to export an email template from a main account to one sub-account at a time, which can be time-consuming if we have many sub-accounts. It would be beneficial to add a feature that allows exporting a template from a main account to multiple sub-accounts simultaneously.

  6. Regarding the issue where a contact unsubscribes from one of our lists but will still recieve emails from us if said contact is on other lists.

    Mailjet's answer to this is that if a contact wants to unsubscribe from several lists, which should be ca always? I need to remove the contact. But if I import my contact list again with this contact, there's no recollection of former unsubscription.

    We're seeing an increased unsub rate due to this and contacts have been reaching out to us wondering why we're still emailing them. With the new inbox requirements from Gmail and…

  8. It would be useful to have more flexibility with segmenting, or using segments in campaigns. For example, you can only choose the positive, not the negative, e.g. filter by "all who subscribed in the last month", but you can't choose neither in-segment, nor in-campaign, to "not" send to those people, or segment those who did "not" subscribe within the last month, therefore it's very difficult to send to the other group if you want to, without creating a brand new list. SO either a "not" drop down and adjustment to the descriptions when creating the segments, or a campaign option…

  9. I seem to only have a view of support tickets I have logged myself, although I am logged in as the Primary account. I would like an option to view/update tickets logged by other subaccount users.

  10. Currenty there is no different user registration process for SSO users, we have to invite, user has to click on activation link and set a password, although for SSO Login the password is never needed.
    I recommend to change the SSO User process. We should be able to invite as "SSO User", it is OK if the user has still to activate their user, but without the need to set a password.

  11. I need to see which lists a contact is in, via the API. Currently, this is impossible without scanning each list, to see if the contact is in it.

  12. Hi, when using the test button on webhook, it's better if you set a dummy email on the sent data, it's easier on the other side to check if the data extraction is correct. Right now the email field is empty.

  16. Allow clients to access Support. We created a ticket, received a response not related to the ticket and advice our query would be forwarded to App Support Team, then a few days later get another email from Mailjet asking us to follow up on the response whereas response said that App Support Team would get in touch with us. Seems one part of the business doesn't talk to another and no way to contact Mailjet to clarify this

  20. Contact list not automatically calculated and loaded, only when you press a button.

    Because I have the problem that when you click on cancel, but then click away I see in the network tab that it just starts calculating again!!

    I click on cancel, because I want to add the design afterwards.

    Because of this my queue gets full all the time and it sometimes takes weeks before it can load a contact list again....

    pleas do something about this..
