1. Ombrage sur votre formulaire

   Je viens de tester votre nouvel outil de formulaire. Il est plutôt intéressant mais je ne peux pas supprimer l'ombrage de la boîte d'inscription... Ce qui pour moi est une véritable catastrophe à l'heure du flat design : mon site web ne pourra plus convertir avec une boîte aussi peu esthétique. Après contact de votre support, on m'a fait savoir que l'ombrage de la boîte était seulement modifiable sur la version pop up. Mais je ne peux me résoudre à afficher un pop up sur mon site, ne souhaitant pas être trop intrusive.    I had a hard time finding a solution how to get a template I created for a marketing campaign into one of my automation workflows.
   I was unable to find the correct article in the help file (https://documentation.mailjet.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042953273-Template-Management#:~:text=Use%20HTML%C2%A0%E2%80%93%20For,made%20by%20anyone.) because I was searching for "how can I use campaign template for automations" as well as "changing templates" and "reusing templates" without result. I then saw the option to export is, but it wasn't mentioned that for the purpose I intended ONLY the MLJM export would work, not the HTML one. I didn't know what either one was, so I tried one, and it made a mess. Very frustrating. I had to contact support. Should be a feature add - or at least a clearly labeled help article that can be searched for properly

4. improve subscription widget with a "back to from" button

   Once you fill in your email and submit the form, you can't go back to the form.

5. Suppr campagnes envoyées

   Il semble impossible de supprimer des campagnes archivées mais envoyées, je trouve ça étonnant et dommage, nous sommes bien placés pour savoir quelles campagnes nous souhaitons conserver ou non. Merci d'étudier la possibilité de supprimer toutes les campagnes que l'on souhaite.

9. Add a filter to fetch new and updated contact and contactdata entities

   To simplify ETL processed we need just recently added and updated contacts and contactdata. Current API endpoint is not offering filter for this.

   Comparable with bouncestatistics: FromTS and ToTs query parameters.

   Now we need to refresh data daily and the amount of data being moved is kind of huge.

10. Download contact segmentation list

    It would be great if we could download a contact segmentation list.
    I have created a segment of contacts who haven't opened a campaign in 12 months and would like to download this list so that I can remove them from a contact list.
    Alternatively, if we update a contact list using a saved segment, that would work too.

15. Forumlar wird responsiv nicht angezeigt

    Neue Formulare zur Sammlung in Kontaktlisten werden auf mobilen Endgeräten (Handy, Tablet) nicht angezeigt.
    Ich halte es für schwierig, dass die "alten" Widgets zum 31.01. abgeschaltet werden sollen, wenn die neuen noch nicht richtig funktionieren.

20. Warning popup in case of contact list still in use

    The idea is when I want to delete a contact list which is still in use (for example linked to a scheduled campaing), the system has to warn me that this contact list is still in use, and it has to ask me if I am sure to want to delete it. Otherwise we will delete the contact list and the campaign will be put in Queued without informing us.
    We had the case by deleting by error some contact lists and we have then see that some campaigns were not sent :-(.
