Make MailJet accessible
The current MailJet website is not usable by blind clients using screen reading software (such as JAWS, NVDA, or Apple VoiceOver) to navigate and interact with websites. My suggestion is that MailJet developers enhance this website to adhere to WCAG guidelines, a global accessibility standard for web development. Companies that do not provide accessible UIs risk legal action under the ADA (Netflix was one recent example). I’m a blind fiction writer, and without this enhancement, MailJet is completely unusable. You have already lost me as a customer. Don’t lose more. Fix this issue soon.

Increase the size of the "reply" text area for tickets in the Support Center
When including larger amounts of text (like API/SMTP calls, logs, explanations, etc), having such a small visible text area can make it difficult to make sure that all info is included.

Make it possible to configure List-Help instead of List-Unsubscribe
All mail sent via Mailjet currently includes a List-Unsubscribe header that has email clients such as Apple Mail show an unsubscribe button even for mail that is just sent to one recipient and not at all from any kind of mailing list.
This is causing problems when people click to unsubscribe from system emails that they really don’t want to opt out from.
Instead, please make it possible to set the equally compliant List-Help header described in 2.17 of https://certified-senders.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/CSA_Admission_Criteria.pdf. This just links to a web page that describes why the user received the email.1 vote -

Avec l'API, le path 'https://api.mailjet.com/v3/REST/message' permet de récupérer des informations sur les messages envoyés.
Nous pouvons récupérer notamment, l'attribut "SenderID" qui donne l'identifiant d'un expéditeur validé. Nous avons validé le nom de domaine @mondomaine.com (par exemple) donc on sait que SenderID correspondant à @domaine.com cependant j'aimerai savoir qui est l'expéditeur exact (toto@domaine.com, titi@domaine.com, ...).
L'information doit bien être stockée quelque part puisque quand on fait un export CSV à partir de Mailjet cette information est bien disponible.ENGLISH

MJML sending via API
In addition to the "TextPart" and "HTMLPart" parameters of the "Send" API endpoint, add another "MJMLPart" parameter. Mailjet should automatically generate the HTML from the MJML and send the email.
Currently, an intermediary trip to the MJML API (https://mjml.io/api) is required (which is still in beta, so that it might be unsuitable for use in production) in conjunction with the Mailjet API or a custom Node.js service for parsing the MJML before sending it to Mailjet's API has to be set up.

Workflow continues based on link click (or not click after delay)
It would be great if instead of just triggering an email in a workflow by delay or date, you could also trigger a particular email in a series depending on whether a specific link was clicked in the first email!

Search declared sender domains list
Please add a domain search to the domains and sender addresses & the SPF/DKIM Authentication pages. We have lots of client domains setup and it would be very useful to search rather than scroll & click through multiple pages.

Improve the editor
The template designer is clunky:
- I can download MJML but I cannot upload it?
- I can make themes by adjusting the font presets (Header, Paragraph) but how do I maintain themes across templates.
- I can make the selected text bold, but when I change the style from paragraph to header or so the selection is ignored and the whole section is changed.
- The color selection in text styles does not accept double click.
- The font size selection in text styles is super weird, I am not even sure what it does.
- Most text inputs apply the change immediately, which is…

Automatic Logout Concerns
Hello, I am consistently being logged out of the MailJet platform after what seems to be only 20-30 minutes. This has been consistent for me since I started using MailJet, and is particularly frustrating. I'm not sure what causes this automatic log-out, but it would be very convenient if we had some control or options regarding this.
