Allow shorter SMTP credentials
Please provide an option to use shorter API credentials. The mailjet-generated 32 character user and passwords will often not work with older devices that limit the length of the acceptable userids and passwords.

Use email send time when considering account throttling, not spam report time
We've noticed that reports of spam are counted at the time of the report, not the time the email was sent. So if a recipient received multiple emails over the course of a month and then decided later to mark them all as spam, we see an immediate spike in the spam counts. This means that a single recipient could cause our account to be throttled. We'd like to see the time the original email was sent factored into the spam reporting so that our account is not limited based on an action that we have no way of fixing.

Manually create a segment by uploading a list of contacts.
Currently we are unable to segment based on a specific link clicked in a previous campaign, yet I am able to download this data from My Campaign Stats, so, the ability to manually create a segment that is segmented based on a list of email addresses would solve this issue, as well as open up other segmenting capability when the MailJet interface lacks intricacy.

Access to All Contacts to Segment and Email
Need to be able to use segments against the entire contacts database at the account/sub-account level so that all contacts fitting the criteria can be emailed. Restriction of list size to 20MB and having to uplaod a list to be able to email to it when you have dynamic lists is very time consuming. Being able to access the mast contact list then applying segmentation to it does away with having to upload new lists.

API Edited Templates Should Show in the Builder
I would like for template content updated through API to be visible when opting to edit within the app without needing to go to Preview & History and selecting it.

Yo como sugerencia de mejora en la parte el Editor "drag and drop", es mejorar la versión en móviles, faltan características de funcionamiento para estos soportes, como poder dar estilos de texto según dispositivos, como centrar un simple titular en estos o la posibilidad de desactivar elementos en versiones moviles. por lo demas me parece una herramienta muy bien construida, enhorabuena.

Transfer data from one account to another
We have several accounts for different projects, but now we'd like to merge all of them just into one account. We can't do it because we can't transfer the data from the account. It would be great and useful if we could use these accounts already created to create new subaccounts in the main account. Thanks!

Wenn man ein Widget erstellt und z.B. die Ubuntu Schrift auswählt, dann wird diese auf der eingesetzten Seite von Google Fonts geladen. Das ist zumind. in Österreich nicht erlaubt und wird inzwischen gestraft, da es beim Laden der Google Fonts von den Google Servern zur Übertragung der IP Adresse kommt. - Wie kann man Widgets verwende ohne dass über das Script widget.modal.js eine Verbindung zu Google Fonts aufgebaut wird. Block sending if quota is exceeded
It is not normal not to be able to block the sending if the quota of emails of the subscription is exceeded in order to avoid unwanted invoicing.
This feature is useful for resellers paying the subscription for a customer.

Access/audit log for API keys
Recently we had the case that someone went into a sub-account and reset the secret for an API key in order to get access to it in order to update some of the templates via the API. This same API key is used for our production processing.
As only 1 API key can be kept per sub-account at the moment, there is also no work around except sharing the key. In our case this was done but the person lost it/deleted it somehow and didn't really think about the implications of resetting the secret. This caused our production API key…1 vote -
Multiple accounts on one email address
It would be great if you could set up a login system whereby one email could be used to log into multiple accounts.
Eg. instead of using an email address you rather have a User ID.
Why you might ask?
I do newsletters for various customers and currently, they cannot add me as a user because my email address is already linked to an account. So they rather send me their user login for me to use. Meaning we are both logged in under one user, making it difficult to see who did what.

Customization of sending address/domain validation emails
Implement customization in sending address validation emails, so that when Mailjet is utilized in a user's own sending platform, the user is able to use their own branding and domain for the validation emails, instead of Mailjet's branding and domain.

Remove bot and security opens and clicks
Any clicks and open events are registered in statistics, even if they were performed by bots or security systems. Currently you don't offer an option to differentiate those clicks/opens. So basically, the campaign metrics are nearly worthless without this knowledge, as we truly do not know who really opened and clicked. We have been doing follow ups the clicks and getting people telling us that they never opened and clicked on the email. Very frustrating. I highly recommend you fix this or I will need to move to another provider who does.

Cannot see Inbox Preview devices
Dear Mailjet team,
I want to use the inbox preview feature as described in this article:

But when I go into the email designer and click on preview, I can only see one mobile and one desktop preview but I want to check it for various email clients. How can I activate it? Does an admin have to do something? I am in a sandbox account.
