Unsub handling needs to be improved
We are a company with multiple products per division. We need the ability to automate unsubs at product, division and company level. If someone unsubscribes from one campaign I need to ensure they are automatically excluded from that campaign. I would also want the ability for that unsub to trigger further additions to other unsub lists such as the "company wide" list. Having to rely on staff to do so manually each time is not acceptable from a compliance perspective

Working Links in Email Preview
The ability to have links be clickable would be nice.
When doing a standard preview as well (no tokens), seeing how a email will work/look for a specific user (including any contact property based information) would be beneficial.

Add allowed and remaining quotas in the API calls response header
As an API User,
I want to know what's my remaining quota on contact management API calls,
So that I can plan accordingly on my side and queue my calls if needed to avoid hiting the hourly rate limit.For example:

Make Mailjet useful for Zapier
Hi mailjet team.
we are using Zapier to transfer new newsletter subscribers to a CRM (monday).
Unfortunately the API between mailjet an Zapier only can transfer the email-address, but not other fields / properties.
As you can understand it would make very sense also to transfer fields like name, gender and so on. Especially to a CRM.I would love to hear that this is something that is in development and soon to be ready. We really would like to avoid to move from mailjet to another system.

Remove bot and security opens and clicks
Any clicks and open events are registered in statistics, even if they were performed by bots or security systems. Currently you don't offer an option to differentiate those clicks/opens. So basically, the campaign metrics are nearly worthless without this knowledge, as we truly do not know who really opened and clicked. We have been doing follow ups the clicks and getting people telling us that they never opened and clicked on the email. Very frustrating. I highly recommend you fix this or I will need to move to another provider who does.

add a webhook to notify integrations that a template has changed
Integrations often needs to know if a template has changed. At the moment the only way to know that is with a polling mechanism, that's very inefficient.
A webhook can be a better solution for those cases and can be invoked when published template changes are saved.1 vote -
Subscript/Superscript Tool in Email Builder
Have the editor be able to subscript and superscript text. Right now ® marks only can be made the same size as the text and not be offset any in the email builder. Would like to see this changed in the future.

Access to All Contacts to Segment and Email
Need to be able to use segments against the entire contacts database at the account/sub-account level so that all contacts fitting the criteria can be emailed. Restriction of list size to 20MB and having to uplaod a list to be able to email to it when you have dynamic lists is very time consuming. Being able to access the mast contact list then applying segmentation to it does away with having to upload new lists.

Switch language in transactional email
Hi, we would appreciate an option for transactional emails to switch language directly in the email. Example - we send a transactional email in english to the client, but the client does not speaks english (ie. human error when updating database). Some buttons/links to the template, so the client can switch between languages himself would be fine.

Invited users are unable to edit their detailed - name and email address. Please allow these to be updated in case they are changed after initial creation.

Full Twig support
Man kann aktuell nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Funktionen und Methoden nutzten, die Twig anbietet. Es wäre toll, wenn man mehr oder sogar alle Funktionen und Methoden nutzen könnte.
Konkret würde ich gerne prüfen wollen, ob ein String z.B. ein bestimmtes Zeichen oder eine Zeichenfolge enthält.

Campaign engagement rates are calculated wrongly
Your email campaign engagement rates are calculated wrongly.
E.g. if I send to 1000 people, 900 was delivered successfully, 200 opened, 20 clicked, 5 unsubscribed
Current calculation method returns:
90% delivery rate (900/1000 - total received/total sent)
22.2% open rate (200/900 - total opened/total received)
10% clicked rate (20/200 - total clicked/total opened)
0.56% unsubscribed (5/900 - total unsubscribed/total received)All numbers should be divided by [number of people SENT] instead. The example above should return:
90% delivery rate (900/1000 - correct)
20% open rate (200/1000 - total opened/total sent)
2% clicked rate (20/1000 - total clicked/total sent)

Modify subscription in subscription widget
Hello, we use the subscription widget to build our contact lists and some formularies have a language choice. Unfortunately, once subscribed, users cannot change their language choice because the address is already registered. Can you provide for this possibility?

Download extra fields
Hi,
Mailjet allows you to upload extra fields in records, but does not allow you to download this information. We need other fields such as donor number to be able to more easily identify the record on our database for updating. Please add an option to allow this.3 votes -
optimize analytics functionality
As suggested by Svilen in #2142368 I'd like to suggest an improvement for your product team: As a customer administrator, I would like to gain more insights to the send eMails (campaign and transactional eMails via API and SMTP), so that I can better investigate in case of wrongly send messages. One thing I would like to see is the send messages over time per FROM address.

Blacklist setting for recipient domains per subaccount
On subaccount Level there should be the possibility to a set recipient domain to a blacklist with the consequence that every triggered email to the recipient domain will be blocked, similar when trying to tiggere emails to gmail.de which will got immediately blocked.
