1. Can-Spam-Act

   CAN-SPAM, a direct response of the growing number of complaints over spam e-mails,[7] defines a "commercial electronic mail message" as "any electronic mail message the primary purpose of which is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service (including content on an Internet website operated for a commercial purpose)." It exempts "transactional or relationship messages." The FTC issued final rules[8] (16 CFR 316) clarifying the phrase "primary purpose" on December 16, 2004. Previous state laws had used bulk (a number threshold), content (commercial), or unsolicited to define spam. The explicit restriction of the law to commercial e-mails is widely considered by those in the industry[9][10] to essentially exempt purely political and religious e-mail from its specific requirements. Such non-commercial messages also have stronger First Amendment protection, as shown in Jaynes v. Commonwealth.[11]

   Congress determined that the US government was showing an increased interest in the regulation of commercial electronic mail nationally, that those who send commercial e-mails should not mislead recipients over the source or content of them, and that all recipients of such emails have a right to decline them.[7] However, CAN-SPAM does not ban spam emailing outright, but imposes laws on using deceptive marketing methods through headings that are "materially false or misleading". In addition there are conditions that email marketers must meet in terms of their format, their content, and labeling.[7] The three basic types of compliance defined in the CAN-SPAM Act—unsubscribe, content, and sending behavior — are as follows:

   Unsubscribe compliance
   A visible and operable unsubscribe mechanism is present in all emails.
   Consumer opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days.[12]
   Opt-out lists also known as suppression lists are used only for compliance purposes.
   Content compliance
   Accurate "From" lines[13]
   Relevant subject lines (relative to offer in body content and not deceptive)[13]
   A legitimate physical address of the publisher or advertiser is present. PO Box addresses are acceptable in compliance with 16 CFR 316.2 and if the email is sent by a third party, the legitimate physical address of the entity, whose products or services are promoted through the email should be visible.
   A label is present if the content is adult.
   Sending behavior compliance
   A message cannot be sent without an unsubscribe option.
   A message cannot contain a false header
   A message should contain at least one sentence.[14]
   A message cannot be null.[14]
   Unsubscribe option should be below the message.[15]
   There are no restrictions against a company emailing its existing customers or anyone who has inquired about its products or services, even if these individuals have not given permission, as these messages are classified as "relationship" messages under CAN-SPAM.[16] But when sending unsolicited commercial emails, it must be stated that the email is an advertisement or a marketing solicitation. Note that recipients who have signed up to receive commercial messages from you are exempt from this rule.

   If a user opts out, a sender has ten days to cease sending and can use that email address only for compliance purposes. The legislation also prohibits the sale or other transfer of an e-mail address after an opt-out request. The law also requires that the unsubscribe mechanism must be able to process opt-out requests for at least 30 days after the transmission of the original message.[17]

   My interpretation of the CAN_SPAM ACT, correct me if I'm wrong, states that it is permissible to send unsolicitated messages as long as you are in compliance as referenced above. IF they can opt-out, I send only legal material,and nothing I send is misleading, I should be able to send bulk emails. I don't understand why your policies are so restrictive, but under the circumstances, I can, and will, only use your service when and if I get a list of opted in subscribers by some other means. Also, before having someone go through all of the trouble to create an email that is just about to be sent out THEN producing the, "I CERTIFY" Pledge, could have saved at least an hour of my time had I known that beforehand.

2. Apple Privacy Policy

   In regard to Apple Privacy Policy matter, is there any news about how Mailjet would address this challenge?. I've noticed how other email marketing tools are upgrading their events webhook with extra information, so it can be possible to identify suspicious openings triggered by Apple MPP activity.
   it is a big concern for our business in terms of the quality and accuracy of the MailJet webhook events analysis.

   Es gibt externe Widgets, welche Newsletteradressen sammeln. Diese lösen eine OPT-In E-Mail von Mailjet aus, und wird dieser OptIn bestätigt, erfolgt direkt die Anmeldung der Adresse.

   Auch wenn über das nicht-Mailjet-eigene Formular Adressen gesammelt werden, müssen natürlich die Einwilligungssdaten protokolliert und bereitstellt werden. Das findet ja komplett bei euch statt. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall. Bitte asap fixen, danke!

   Even if addresses are collected via non-Mailjet's own form, the consent data must of course be logged and provided. This takes place completely with you. But this is not the case. Please fix asap, thanks!

5. Make it possible to configure List-Help instead of List-Unsubscribe

   All mail sent via Mailjet currently includes a List-Unsubscribe header that has email clients such as Apple Mail show an unsubscribe button even for mail that is just sent to one recipient and not at all from any kind of mailing list.
   This is causing problems when people click to unsubscribe from system emails that they really don’t want to opt out from.
   Instead, please make it possible to set the equally compliant List-Help header described in 2.17 of https://certified-senders.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/CSA_Admission_Criteria.pdf. This just links to a web page that describes why the user received the email.

7. Kontaktattribute in Bestätigungs-Mail nutzen können

   Via Mailjet Formular abgefragte Kontakteigenschaften, wie z.B. der angegebene Name, sollten in der Confirmation-Mail auch bereits als Platzhalter zur Verfügung stehen, um den Nutzer korrekt anzusprechen oder seine Anmeldedaten (welcher Newsletter z.b.) nochmal zur Bestätigung auflisten zu können.

8. Add alt-attribute to maijet tracking pixel

   I noticed that no alt attribute is added to Mailjet's tracking pixel (1x1 img).
   This leads to a devaluation in the suspected spam rating of the e-mail.

   I ask that you set an alt attribute on your tracking pixel by default.
   The alt attribute alt="" can be empty or filled with a space. It is sufficient that it is simply there.

9. Remove or Delete contacts from a list based on a segment.

   This would make cleaning lists easier, e.g. creating a segment of contacts based on chosen parameters, and being able to remove/delete them from the list directly from the segment options.

    Bonjour, j'ai eu un bug avec un fichier qui contenait un caractère spécial, c'était un retour chariot au format unicode ou hexadécimal (code : 0x03). Le bug est bloquant car il n'y a pas de message qui indique une erreur et par la suite la campagne est inutilisable car l'interface de modification d'email de charge plus. (cela fait buguer le bouton "Retour à la campagne")

16. Test the render of email with templating language

    Add to the return of the sandbox email sending API the email that would have been sent to test the working of the templating language conditions.

17. Make sender IDs available in UI

    Currently, the only way to obtain the sender ID is via API. It would be beneficial to have this value displayed in the UI, on the Sender's page.

19. Add/Remove Subscribers from Lists/Segments

    It would be useful to be able to use a workflow step to add/remove a contact from a list and/or segment. We have a business case where subscribers can move into another workflow while in the middle of another. That's not possible on this platform.

20. Unify Versions fo SendAPI and Contact Management API

    I am currently using the Contact Management API to allow subscriptions via our Website, and also sending a 2-step Opt-In 'confirmation' email as one of the processes.

    I can't use the same API Client object for Send and Contact Management operations currently as API v3.1 only works with Send API endpoints (any Contact Management endpoints just result in a 404) and Contact Management still uses V3, Send API operations are significantly different from the documentation in v3, to the extent where the v3.1 Examples don't work with the v3 endpoints.

    It would be greatly more convenient if v3.1 had a unified Send API and Contact Management API
